醒脑静治疗脑梗死疗效观察

摘 要 目的：探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将96例脑梗死患者随机分为两组。对照组用血栓通0.3g加入5%葡萄糖250ml，复方丹参20ml加入生理盐水中静滴；治疗组加用醒脑静15ml加入5%葡萄糖250ml，1次/日，10天1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率94.44%，对照组76.19%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死有明显疗效。
