    摘 要 近年来，风湿及类风湿发病率呈上升趋势，临床上往往没有较好而系统的治疗方法，只能应用止痛及激素类药物，而这类药物治标不治本，而且有胃肠及肝肾功能损害，治疗效果不甚理想，最后导致关节畸形、挛缩，严重影响患者的健康和生活质量。而我科采用护理干预及物理治疗方法，通过调节患者的情绪，活血化瘀，舒筋通络等方法，疗效确切，无并发症。大部分患者疼痛缓解，肿胀减轻，畸形关节逐渐恢复正常，活动与自理能力恢复。
