    摘 要 目的：为社区医院抗菌药物类国家基本药物合理使用提供依据。方法：采用限定日剂量方法，对抗菌药物销售数据进行统计分析。结果：抗菌药物品种和销售金额呈下降趋势，抗菌药物类国家基本药物品种数、销售金额占抗菌药物比例逐年增加。结论：本院抗菌药物类国家基本药物使用情况较好，但仍需加大培训力度，促进国家基本药物在临床的优先合理使用。
