    摘 要 目的：探讨综合康复治疗小儿脑性瘫痪临床效果。方法：收治脑性瘫痪患儿30例作研究对象，均采用综合康复方案治疗。结果：本次30例患儿，显效13例(33.3%)，有效16例(53.3%)，无效1例(3.3%)。无明显不良事件发生。结论：采用综合康复方案治疗小儿脑性瘫痪，可显著提高临床效果，保障患儿生存质量，具有非常重要的应用价值。
