    摘 要 目的：探讨复方甲氧那明胶囊联合酮替芬片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果。方法：对收治的82例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者进行回顾性分析，治疗组42例，对照组40例。对照组给予特布他林片，治疗组使用复方甲氧那明胶囊联合酮替芬片。结果：治疗组有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：联合使用复方甲氧那明胶囊和酮替芬片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘，临床效果好。
