摘 要 目的：比较不同手术方法治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：将52例腹股沟疝患者分成两组，给予腹腔镜组腹腔镜疝修补术，给予对照组开放式无张力疝修补术，比较两组临床效果。结果：腹腔镜组手术时间、失血量、体温增加度数、止痛药物应用次数均少于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(0 VS 28.0%，P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的临床效果优于开放式无张力疝修补术。
