摘 要 目的：探析小儿病毒性肠炎的临床特征，观察中西医结合治疗病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法：将82例小儿病毒性肠炎患者随机分为治疗组41例，对照组41例。对照组常规给予病毒唑抗病毒、补液、纠正酸中毒，对症处理。治疗组在此基础上进行中医辨证施治，并结合艾灸、推拿等中医药适宜技术治疗。结果：治疗组显效31例，有效7例，止泻时间(3.80±1.04)天。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性肠炎能缩短病程及住院时间，疗效好，且能纠正临床滥用抗生素及激素的现象。
