    摘 要 目的：总结产后大出血的原因及护理经验，进一步提高护理质量。方法：收治产后出血产妇50例，加强对产妇产前、产中和产后的护理，同时加强失血性休克的护理和生活护理。结果：宫缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤和凝血功能障碍是导致产后大出血的主要原因，经过治疗和护理，50例产后出血患者均痊愈出院。无并发症发生。结论：宫缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤和凝血功能障碍是导致产后大出血的主要原因。加强产前、产中和产后的护理是提高护理质量的关键。
