社区卫生服务中心队伍建设的探讨(1)

摘 要 目的：由于历史以及人才培养体制等因素方面的影响，人才匮乏已经成为制约当前基层医疗卫生事业发展的一个重要的瓶颈问题，对基层医疗卫生机构的发展极为不利。本文以社区卫生服务中心为主要研究对象，首先指出当前时期下社区卫生服务中心医生队伍建设中存在的突出问题，然后在此基础上提出了加强社区卫生服务中心医生队伍建设的具体对策，旨在为社区卫生服务中心的长足发展提供一定的借鉴与参考。
