保健干预在促进老年高血压患者遵医行为中的作用

摘 要 目的：对保健干预在促进老年高血压患者遵医行为中的作用进行分析与探讨。方法：收治老年高血压患者150例，对所有患者实施保健干预前后，作相关问卷调查，对老年高血压患者保健干预前后的血压控制情况与遵医行为变化进行对比分析。结果：相比保健干预前，保健干预后能够遵医嘱的老年高血压患者明显增多，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保健干预后，定期检查血压与按时服药的老年高血压患者人数明显增多，而且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：保健干预能够有效提高老年高血压患者的遵医主动性，培养患者的健康生活习惯，使其自我保健意识得到进一步增强，能够有效控制患者血压，降低并发症发生率。
