摘 要 目的：对比分析急性酒精中毒不同处理效果。方法：收治急性酒精中毒患者80例，将其平均分为两组，即对照组与观察组。对照组实施糖水、咖啡、喝浓茶以及维生素B解酒治疗，观察组注射纳洛酮治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗效果优于对照组，两组疗效差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：纳洛酮能够有效治疗急性酒精中毒，具有有效、安全、可行的治疗特点。
