阿托伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样斑块68例疗效观察

    摘 要 目的：观察阿托伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样斑块临床疗效。方法：2011年10月-2012年10月收治颈动脉粥样斑块患者140例，随机分成对照组(n=72)和治疗组(n=68)。对照组采用基础治疗及生活指导加阿司匹林治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙治疗。疗程12个月，疗程结束后2个月复查血脂、CRP及双侧颈动脉彩超，并将数据统计分析。结果：与治疗前对比及与对照组治疗后对比，治疗组在降低血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、CRP及IMT等方面，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样硬化疗效确切，治疗组优于对照组。
