乳突根治联合开放式鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的疗效分析(1)

摘 要 目的：分析乳突根治联合开放式鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床疗效。方法：将84例胆脂瘤中耳炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组、观察组，各42例。给予对照组常规手术治疗，观察组于常规治疗基础上接受乳突根治联合开放式鼓室成形术，对比两组临床疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效优于对照组，总有效率92.86%，显著高于对照组的78.57%；患者满意率90.48%，明显高于对照组的73.81%。组间差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：乳突根治联合开放式鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎可获得确切临床疗效，总有效率高，值得推广应用。
