穿琥宁注射液治疗病毒性肺炎的临床观察

摘 要 目的：探索穿琥宁注射液治疗病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：收治病毒性肺炎患者160名，随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组服用普通抗病毒药物金刚烷胺治疗，观察组注射穿琥宁注射液进行治疗，两组均以7天为1疗程。结果：观察组经治疗后总有效率90.00%，明显高于对照组(63.75%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组头痛、发热、咽痛等症状消失的时间明显短于对照组相同症状消失的时间，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：穿琥宁注射液对于治疗病毒性肺炎有较好疗效，值得在临床推广。
