摘 要 目的：探讨二维和彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析经病理证实的98例乳腺肿块声像图特征及彩色多普勒超声血流情况。结果：手术病理证实乳腺癌90例，6例超声误诊为乳腺癌，1例超声误诊为良性肿块，1例超声漏诊。超声诊断符合率(90/98)91.8%，漏误诊率(8/98)8.2%。结论：高频二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声技术对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值。
