急性心肌梗死患者便秘行穴位按摩及腹部按摩的护理

摘 要 目的：探讨穴位按摩及腹部按摩在急性心肌梗死患者便秘治疗中的临床效果及护理经验，进一步提高护理质量。方法：2011年1月-2014年1月收治急性心肌梗死并发便秘患者185例，随机分成常规护理组58例，腹部按摩组62例，穴位按揉+腹部按摩组65例，并进行相应的护理，观察对便秘的治疗效果。结果：穴位按揉+腹部按摩组首次排便时间明显早于腹部按摩组和常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；穴位按揉+腹部按摩组使用缓泻剂、排便困难、排便费时、大便干结、有残留感等症状明显改善，与腹部按摩组和常规护理组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：急性心肌梗死患者便秘行穴位按摩及腹部按摩可以加快患者恢复，提高了护理质量，值得临床推广应用。
