    摘 要 目的：研究异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法：2011年7月-2013年8月收治拟进行人工流产手术患者150例，随机分为观察组及对照组，对照组术中给予异丙酚镇痛，而观察组术中给予异丙酚及芬太尼镇痛，观察镇痛效果。结果：观察组优37例，良35例，差3例，总有效率96.0%；对照组优23例，良41例，差11例，总有效率85.3%。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产手术中镇痛效果满意，建议在临床中推广应用。
