甲状腺功能亢进症86例临床治疗分析

摘 要 目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进症的临床治疗效果。方法：2013年8月-2014年2月收治甲状腺功能亢进症患者86例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组43例。对照组主要采用传统治疗方法，研究组患者在采用传统治疗的基础上进行手术治疗。结果：研究组总有效率97.7%，对照组总有效率88.4%；研究组并发症发生率6.9%，对照组并发症发生率11.6%；两组总有效率以及不良反应的发生率比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：手术治疗甲状腺功能亢进症效果显著，术后并发症发生率低，值得临床推广。
