摘 要 目的：探讨老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的社区护理干预方法。方法：2010年2月-2012年2月收治老年糖尿病合并高血压患者79例。随机分为两组，观察组40例给予心理护理干预、运动护理干预、饮食护理干预、用药护理、监测血糖和血压护理干预；对照组39例不作任何有关糖尿病和高血压的护理干预，只给予合理有效的常规用药治疗和一般健康教育。结果：观察组行为改变率、血糖及血压控制率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过社区有效的护理干预，可以提高患者的遵医行为，减少患者并发症的发生，提高生活质量。
