    摘 要 目的：探讨小儿急腹症的临床护理观察方法，努力提高临床护理水平。方法：2011年10月-2013年11月收治小儿急腹症患者58例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：58例痊愈出院(1例患儿出现感染性休克，3例化脓感染经治疗也痊愈)。结论：充分认识小儿急腹症的特殊性，及时准确地观察病情，重视小儿急腹症各个环节的护理，采取积极的相应的处理措施是减少并发症、促进康复的重要保障。
