摘 要 目的：分析心血管内科患者医院感染的病因及对策。方法：2012-2013年收治心血管内科患者50例，回顾性分析患者的病历资料，对于发生医院感染的患者资料进行综合汇总。结果：发现感染病原菌患者35例(42%)。病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主，占60%；年龄>62岁28例(80%)。存在高血压以及慢性支气管炎慢性病患者24例(68.57%)。结论：医院感染以呼吸道感染为主，老年人较多，且多伴慢性疾病。
