    摘 要 目的：探讨脊柱术后切口愈合不良的处理效果。方法：2011年2月-2013年12月收治脊柱术后切口愈合不良患者40例，根据不良情况进行分类，其中脂肪液化34例，主要表现为有黄色不等量液体渗出，切口裂开1例，切口感染5例。分析其治疗情况。结果：本组40例患者采取保守治疗22例，采取切口清创冲洗方式治疗16例，二次手术治疗2例，术后11～14天拆线，刀口均一期愈合，术后经过3～36个月的随访，内固定未见松动，腰背部功能基本恢复正常。结论： 脊柱术后切口愈合不良的治疗效果满意。
