内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床分析

摘 要 目的：分析内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法：收治慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者60例，在分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组采用内镜下腺样体根除切除术治疗，对照组采用内镜下腺样体部分切除术。完成治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组术后总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采用内镜下腺样体根除切除术进行治疗，可提高治疗效果，在临床上值得进行推广使用。
