摘 要 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对肝癌合并肝动脉门静脉分流(APS)的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析23例肝癌合并APS的影像学资料，分析MSCT诊断APS的能力。结果：MSCT诊断APS的敏感度91.30%(21/23)，特异度88.64%(78/88)，准确度92.66%(101/109)。结论：MSCT在肝癌合并肝动脉门静脉分流的诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值，值得临床广泛推广和应用。
