摘 要 目的：探讨灵菇合剂的制备工艺及临床应用。方法：收治便秘患者260例，随机分为治疗组162例和对照组98例。治疗组采用灵菇合剂治疗，对照组采用通便灵胶囊治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的有效率80.9%，对照组的有效率65.3%，治疗组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：灵菇合剂治疗便秘的效果显著。
