高原农牧区婴幼儿尿布性皮炎治疗方法

摘 要 目的：分析应用常用药物红霉素软膏、尿素软膏，配合护理干预和局部氦氖激光理疗治疗婴幼儿尿布性皮炎的临床效果。方法：将163例0～3岁婴幼儿随机分两组，综合治疗组84例，对照组79例。结果：综合治疗组在疗程上明显短于对照组，P<0.01。结论：红霉素软膏、尿素软膏外涂、护理干预、氦氖激光综合治疗尿布性皮炎，时间短、效果确切、无不良反应、患儿依存性好、不易复发，是治疗尿布性皮炎的理想方法。
