摘 要 目的：探讨高频电刀在阴式子宫全切术中的应用。方法：2008年-2013年随机抽取在阴式子宫全切术中应用高频电刀患者82例(观察组)，行阴式子宫全切术但术中未用高频电刀患者80例(对照组)，对其住院详细资料进行回顾性分析讨论。结果：两组病例均无1例中转开腹，均治愈出院。观察组术中出血量、手术历时及术后吸收热发生率等方面明显优于对照组。结论：高频电刀具有“窄”、“小”、“灵”等特点，应用于阴式子宫全切术更具有其独特的优越性，值得在临床上推广应用。
