    摘 要 优质护理服务的内容主要指以患者为中心，全面落实护理责任制，提高各医疗活动的基础护理水平，以提高护理服务的整体水平。我院感染科通过组织实施一些管理方法，如推广包干责任制护理工作模式，护理内容多样化，提升专业技术水平，实施护理绩效考核与晋升评优挂钩等，取得了一定成效，转变了护理服务理念，患者遵医行为增强，病房环境得到了改善。因此，优质护理得到了广大患者的认可与好评。
