    摘要目的：研究LH钛镍丝在开颌畸形矫治中的应用。方法：收治开颌畸形患者16例，年龄12～18岁，平均15岁，矫治过程中使用LH钛镍丝矫治开颌。治疗前后拍摄全景片及头颅侧位片。结果：所有开颌畸形患者矫治后开颌消除，覆颌、覆盖正常，后牙咬合关系良好。结论：LH钛镍丝可用于开颌的矫治，疗效显著。
