    摘要目的：在大力发展中医药进社区的前提下，寻求一种适合在社区卫生服务工作中开展的中医药新技术。方法：通过在兴围社区健康服务中心引进260余种中药免煎颗粒进行各种方剂配伍，对中医药治疗社区常见病、多发病、慢性病等提供多样化的给药途径。结果：由于中药免煎颗粒较传统中药饮片具有显而易见的优势，得到了社区群众的大力欢迎和支持。结论：在社区开展中药免煎颗粒服务能真正做到方便百姓，服务基层。
