    摘要目的：观察中药足浴和加强对糖尿病足患者足部护理临床疗效。方法：2008-2013年收治糖尿病患者62例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例，对照组予以控制血糖、扩张血管、抗凝、降脂、改善微循环等常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药足浴方泡脚和加强对糖尿病足患者足部护理，1个月为1个疗程，连续2个疗程，随诊半年，观察其总体疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率(93.55%)优于对照组(64.52%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药足浴和加强对糖尿病足患者足部护理简便有效，值得推广。
