    摘要目的：探讨普及小学生心肺复苏(CPR)知识和技能的重要性。方法：采用多媒体方式理论讲解，简洁易懂的口诀传授，现身施教，学员训练等形式对南昌市8所大型小学部分学生进行培训，参与培训的护理人员为通过了国家救护知识师资培训合格者。通过自制表格对学员的知晓率、施救意愿进行调查。结果：培训后学员的知晓率、施救意愿和互助意识明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论：普及心肺复苏知识和技能，从小学抓起，不仅能提高孩子们应对突发事件的能力，也能以点带面，增强公众的救护意识。
