    摘要目的：观察分析德巴金联合利必通治疗癫痫病的疗效。方法：2013年2月-8月收治癫痫病患者140例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例。对照组采取德巴金治疗，治疗组采取德巴金联合利必通治疗。对两组的临床疗效进行分析比较。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为84.29%，明显高于对照组68.57%(P<0.05)。结论：德巴金和利必通联合治疗癫痫疗效满意，值得积极推广。
