    摘要目的：针对老年患者进行麻醉使用盐酸戊乙奎醚与瑞芬太尼两种药物的临床效果进行探析。方法：2012年2月-2013年2月收治老年患者52例，随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组患者采用盐酸戊乙奎醚麻醉，而试验组患者采用瑞芬太尼麻醉方法，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：试验组中麻醉程度高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后疼痛计分低于对照组，而术后1小时后的疼痛计分明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于老年麻醉患者采用盐酸戊乙奎醚与瑞芬太尼药物进行麻醉均有显著效果。
