胰岛素自身免疫综合征1例(1)
doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.18.75摘要目的：胰岛素自身免疫综合征(IAS)为少见疾病。通过报道1例IAS及文献复习，讨论IAS的诊治及预后。临床上对伴有自身免疫疾病、服用含巯基药物的高胰岛素性、低血糖症患者，应检测胰岛素自身抗体，以避免误诊和不必要的手术。
