人性化护理在心内科优质护理服务中的应用(1)

摘 要 目的：探究与分析人性化护理在心内科优质护理服务中的应用。方法：回顾性分析2012年3月-2014年3月收治心血管疾病患者210例的临床资料。采取随机数字表法分为基础护理组与人性化护理组，各105例，观察两组经不同护理方法后的满意程度。结果：人性化护理组与基础护理组相比，患者满意度明显提升，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于心内科患者实施人性化护理能够提升护理服务质量，从而提升患者的满意程度，建立和谐的护患关系，值得推广。
