    摘 要 目的：探讨外伤性脑梗死的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治外伤性脑梗死患者22例，对其临床资料回顾性分析。结果：按照GOS评分，22例患者中，6例恢复良好，中残3例，重残4例，植物生存2例，死亡7例。结论：外伤性脑梗死是由于颅脑外伤、颅内压增高造成的脑组织移位、脑血流量减少、脑血管痉挛、脑血管内膜释放组织凝血酶原促进凝血等多因素所致。早期治疗原发颅脑外伤，早期维持正常血容量、应用钙离子拮抗剂等综合措施是治疗成功的关键。
