    摘 要 目的：探讨应用护理措施对人流术者满意度的影响。方法：2013年1-3月选择相同条件(包括孕龄、年龄、孕产次)的孕妇100例，分两组，观察组由1名护理人员应用护理干预措施参与人流手术的全过程，对照组无护理干预措施。结果：两组人流术者满意度比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：应用护理干预对人流手术者进行护理，对减少医疗纠纷，提高术者满意度及投诉率有一定的效果。
