摘 要 目的:最近有研究表明,缺氧诱导因子-1α在椎间盘细胞的重吸收与椎间盘细胞的生存方面可能发挥关键作用。本文主要对缺氧诱导因子-1α在腰椎间盘退行性病变过程中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract Recent studies have shown that hypoxia inducible factor-1α may play a crucial role on reabsorption of human intervertebral disc cells and the survival of intervertebral disc cells of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of hypoxia inducible factor-1α in the process of disc degeneration diseases.
