肛门皮瓣再造成型术治疗混合痔的疗效分析

摘 要 目的：评价肛门皮瓣再造成形术对治疗混合痔的疗效。方法：收治混合痔患者127例，随机分为两组，治疗组采用肛门皮瓣再造成形术，对照组采用传统手术方法，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组愈合时间短，且肝门狭窄、肛周水肿、疼痛及再次手术等并发症的发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：肛门皮瓣再造成形术治疗混合痔比传统的内扎外切法临床并发症少，外型美观。
