良性卵巢肿瘤行腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗的疗效观察

摘 要 目的：对比分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的治疗效果。方法：2012年5月-2014年1月收治良性卵巢肿瘤患者62例，按照随机数字表方法分成两组，每组31例，对照组予开腹手术进行治疗，研究组予腹腔镜下良性肿瘤切除术治疗，比较两组治疗效果、术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间等指标。结果：研究组的疗效明显优于对照组，术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间和住院时间均少于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤效果显著，安全性较高。
