养血清脑颗粒治疗老年偏头痛性眩晕的效果(1)

摘要目的：对比观察养血清脑颗粒对老年偏头痛性眩晕(MV)的治疗效果。方法：2011年10月-2013年3月收治MV患者78例，随机分为3组，养血清脑组给予养血清脑颗粒4 g，3次/日。氟桂利嗪组给予氟桂利嗪5～10 mg，1次/晚。倍他司汀组给予倍他司汀4～8 mg/次，2～4次/日。治疗12周，观察头痛、眩晕指标的变化及药物不良反应。结果：治疗后3组眩晕指标均显著改善。养血清脑颗粒对MV患者头痛指标的影响优于倍他司汀，对头痛时间、程度的影响优于氟桂利嗪，对眩晕频率的影响与氟桂利嗪相当，对眩晕时间的影响与倍他司汀、氟桂利嗪相当，对眩晕强度的作用优于氟桂利嗪。治疗后，3组间眩晕残障量表(DHI)总评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，养血清脑颗粒对DHI分项情绪评分的改善作用优于倍他司汀和氟桂利嗪。养血清脑组不良反应轻，耐受性良好。结论：养血清脑颗粒治疗老年MV安全、有效。

AbstractObjective：To compare and observe the treatment effect of Yang Xue Qing Nao granule in elderly migraine vertigo(MV). Methods：78 MV cases were selected from October 2011 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into 3 groups.Yang Xue Qing Nao group were given Yang Xue Qing Nao granule 4 g，3 times one day.Flunarizine group were given flunarizine 5～10 mg，1 time one night.Betahistine group were given betahistine 4～8 mg one time，2～4 times one day.After 12 weeks of treatment，the changs of headache，vertigo indicators and drug adverse reaction were observed.Results：After treatment，the vertigo indicator of 3 groups were significantly improved.The effect of Yang Xue Qing Nao granule on the headache index of MV patients was better than betahistine.The effect of the time and degree of headache was better than flunarizine.The effect of the vertigo frequency was equal to flunarizine.The effect of the vertigo time was equal to betahistine and flunarizine.The effect of the vertigo intensity was better than flunarizine.After treatment，dizziness disability scale(DHI) of 3 groups had no significant difference in total score (P>0.05). Yang Xue Qing Nao granule was better than betahistine and flunarizine on the improving of DHI itemized mood score.Yang Xue Qing Nao granule had mild adverse reaction，and its tolerance was well.Conclusion：Yang Xue Qing Nao granule in the treatment of elderly MV is safe and effective.
