胆囊息肉样病变的超声诊断分析

摘要目的：探讨胆囊息肉样病变应用超声诊断价值及意义。方法：2009年2月-2013年12月收治胆囊息肉样病变患者64例，回顾性分析其临床资料及超声图像资料。结果：64例胆囊息肉样病变中胆固醇性息肉73.4%(47/64)、炎性息肉6.25%(4/64)、腺肌增生症4.69%(3/64)、腺瘤15.6%(10/64)。结论：超声诊断胆囊息肉可依据息肉大小、数目等情况，进行诊断与鉴别诊断，指导临床手术切除以及随访观察。
