肺结核肺叶切除19例的护理

摘要目的：总结19例肺结核肺叶切除后临床护理效果，护理重点包括：术前充分准备，做好有效沟通，全麻后的护理，呼吸道管理，引流液的观察，并发症的预防和护理。本组术后均未出现严重并发症，出现轻度皮下气肿3例，早期肺扩张不全2例，经协助患者有效咳嗽及时清除呼吸道分泌物后，肺扩张良好。19例患者均好转出院。

AbstractWe summarized the clinical nursing of 19 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis after pulmonary resection，nursing highlights including full preparation before the operation，making effective communication，nursing after general anesthesia， management of respiratory tract，observation of liquid drainage，prevention and nursing of complications.The groups had no severe complications，mild subcutaneous emphysema in 3 cases，early lung expansion failure in 2 cases.Through others help patients cough secretion of seasonable cleared respiratory tract ......
