阿奇霉素治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床效果分析

摘 要 目的：探索阿奇霉素在治疗小儿呼吸道感染方面的作用与疗效。方法：随机将200例呼吸道感染患儿分为对照组和试验组，各100例。试验组给予阿奇霉素治疗；对照组给予头孢克肟治疗。结果：试验组临床有效率95%，对照组临床有效率84%。试验组药物不良反应发生率4%，对照组药物不良反应发生率11%(P<0.05)。结论：阿奇霉素对治疗小儿呼吸道感染具有较好的疗效，并且出现不良反应的几率也较小，值得在临床上推广和应用。
