股骨颈骨折术后实施优质护理服务的效果体会

摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理服务在股骨颈骨折术后护理中实施效果。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治股骨颈骨折患者100例，随机进行分组，就术后优质护理服务(观察组，n=50)与常规方案护理(对照组，n=50)效果进行比较。结果：观察组住院时间明显少于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，随访9个月，髋关节活动度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率2%，对照组14%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对股骨颈骨折患者，在术后加强优质护理服务，可防范不良事件发生，确保护理质量，提高康复效果。
