围手术期同步营养干预对直肠癌术后炎性反应和预后的影响(1)
摘要目的:探讨直肠癌围手术期实行同步营养干预对患者炎性反应和预后的影响。方法:收治直肠癌患者85例,分为两组。观察组实施同步营养干预,对照组采用常规围手术期饮食护理,比较两组术后炎性反应、切口愈合情况。结果:两组术后CRP、SAA均明显升高,术后3d观察组患者CRP、SAA水平上升幅度明显低于对照组,术后7d均有所下降,但仍高于正常值,观察组CRP、SAA浓度下降更快(P<0.05);观察组患者术后肠功能恢复时间、术后补液治疗时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者在术后均未发生切口感染、脂肪液化,明显低于对照组(P<(0.05)。结论:直肠癌围手术期实施同步营养干预可降低术后炎性反应,表明科学的营养干预能有效促进患者早日康复。关键词 直肠癌;围手术期;营养干预;炎性反应
