摘要 目的：探讨集柬化管理在降低导尿相关性泌尿系感染的效果。方法：对泌尿外科导尿相关性泌尿系感染进行检测分析，提出降低泌尿外科导尿相关性泌尿系感染发生率的集束化管理模式，随后落实该管理模式，比较集柬化管理模式应用前后导尿相关性泌尿系感染率。结果：集柬化管理后导尿相关性泌尿系感染率由管理前的21.05%下降到5.940%，差异有统计学意义。结论：集束化管理模式可明显降低导尿相关性泌尿系感染率。
