摘要 目的：探讨产科患者弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的凝血检验结果。方法：收治产科DIC患者30例作为观察组，并选取同时期健康体检人群30例作为对照组。观察比较两组血液检查结果。结果：观察组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶凝固时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血小板计数、纤维蛋白原显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P
