摘要 目的：探讨中药药酒对退行性骨关节病患者的治疗效果。方法：收治退行性骨关节病患者60例，应用中药药酒外用擦拭患处，局部按摩以致药酒充分吸收，药酒干后再次涂擦，如此反复进行。结果：经过中药药酒治疗，总有效率93.3%，各个不同部位退行性骨关节病患者的疗效差异无统计学意义，药酒治疗≥2个疗程的显效率优于1个疗程。结论：中药药酒对退行性骨关节病患者有一定疗效，不同部位使用药酒治疗并无差异，而随着治疗时间的延长，有效率逐渐增加。
